This covers the Warm Connect early-access list only: this website and the emails about your invite. It's written in plain language. If anything is unclear, email me.
Who is responsible
Sahil Massey, Lisbon, Portugal, is the controller of your data.
Contact: sahilmasseyofficial@gmail.com
What I collect
- Your email address.
- Your language (English, Ukrainian or Russian).
- The optional answers and votes you give after signing up: what you'd use it for, roughly how many people you talk to on Telegram, which features you want next, whether you use Telegram Desktop, and the first search you'd run.
- Campaign tags from the link you arrived on (for example utm_source or ref) and which form on the page you used.
- A consent record: when you signed up, when you confirmed your email, and which version of this policy applied.
Why
To send you your early-access invite and occasional updates until then.
Legal basis
Your consent. You confirm it by clicking the link in the first email (double opt-in). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any update, or by emailing me.
Who processes it for me
- Vercel: hosts this website and provides cookieless analytics.
- Resend: sends the emails and keeps the list.
Where it is stored
In the EU where available. Where data is processed in the US, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email sahilmasseyofficial@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The only thing it stores is a language or dismissal preference, kept in your browser's local storage on your device.
No selling
I never sell or rent your data.
